<\/p>\nAt Clancy Furniture Services, we pride ourselves on our Proven Project Process, a unique method we’ve developed to make installs of furniture, fixture, and equipment (FF&E) and delivery faster and easier for our clients. Recently, we had the opportunity to put our process to the test with our partner Dealer whose client, a designer and developer of IT software solutions, had an office installation in New Jersey.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
The Project consisted of a wide range of furniture products, including offices, trading desks with custom glass partitions, conference rooms, and seating. We received the products at our warehouse and reviewed the floor plans provided by the client to plan the method of delivery and installation.<\/p>\n

The main challenge we faced was the tight timeline for installation, the General Contractor was behind and the client needed the space ready for use as soon as possible. We needed to ensure that the installation process didn’t cause any disruption to the General Contractors’ completion of their construction.<\/p>\n
To overcome these challenges, we implemented our Proven Project Process, which involves prepping the products at our warehouse, loading by section on our trademark FastraK equipment, and delivering to the site via 2 straight trucks per day as dictated by the site, unloading, and staging per the floor plan. We then started installing the furniture, ensuring that each piece was placed exactly where it needed to be according to the floor plan. Throughout the process the space was clear of packing materials & debris, expediting the furniture installation and not hampering the GC from completing his work.<\/p>\n

Thanks to our Proven Project Process, we were able to complete the installation on time and on budget, with no disruptions to the client’s business operations. The furniture was inspected, polished to perfection, pictures were taken and we shook hands with the client, marking another successful installation for Clancy Furniture Services.<\/p>\n
