Clancy Moving Systems headquartered in Patterson, NY has\u00a0recently purchased a 150,000+ square foot warehouse and office building located at 7 Edmund Road in Newtown Connecticut.<\/strong>\u00a0This brings Clancy\u2019s warehouse space to over 300,000 sq. ft.<\/p>\n

This purchase of the new warehouse was made just before the summer and will make servicing Clancy\u2019s existing business and residential customers in Connecticut even easier Sal Buono, a director at Cushman & Wakefield\u2019s Private Capital Group said in the New England Real Estate Journal.<\/p>\n

\u201c7 Edmond Road was a perfect fit for Clancy Moving Systems,\u201d said Sal Buono. \u201cThis modern industrial facility property, which has been immaculately maintained over the years, will provide Clancy with virtually every feature needed to expand into the western Connecticut region. Its convenient location just off I-84 will make servicing this region even easier.\u201d<\/p>\n

John Clancy, President of Clancy Moving Systems was quoted by the Newtown Bee as saying,<\/p>\n

\u201cThe facility gives us a lot of flexibility, and may have been a little bigger than we were originally looking for, but it offers us a lot of future potential for growth.\u201d<\/p>\n
